How to encourage more H&S reps to become H&S practitioners?
In the current edition of Safeguard magazine we talk to Brent Armitage from Air New Zealand, who is making the journey from H&S rep to H&S practitioner.
People have been advocating for years for more reps to move into a career in H&S, but it doesn't seem to happen very often.
How could barriers be reduced so more reps could do this?
