    How are you calculating frequency rates through the period that staff have not been at work? Are you using hours paid to all staff (including subsidy), hours of staff working from home only, or no hours? Or some other calculation?

    I'm using hours actually worked. It wa easy to work out for our waged staff, but for salary staff I just had to estimate.
