We're a team of researchers from Massey University seeking SMEs (between 6-99 equivalent full time employees) in the food & grocery manufacturing, ECE and mental heath sectors to be a part of a Health Research Council funded project which aims to identify and evaluate initiatives to protect and improve employee wellbeing.
Depending on your sector, there are two potential ways to get involved (free of charge):
Option A (currently only open for food & grocery manufacturing): we will work closely with your organisation to measure health and wellbeing and then support the development and evaluation of initiatives aimed at fostering employee health and wellbeing. You will receive guidance and support to develop and implement a bespoke, tailored toolkit of wellbeing initiatives, to improve employee health and wellbeing.
Option B (potential spaces for all three sectors): involving your employees by asking them to take a survey at multiple points over 18 months. In 12 months, we would provide you with the results of the survey along with free training and guidance on how you might improve workplace health and wellbeing based on your results and the findings of our study.
