Does anyone covering off various construction sites have a simple solution around managing the inventory and safety data sheets for various subtrades?
Currently we have our individual subtrades supplying their own for each site, and then our own as main contractor, however Sitesafe are marking us down on audits saying we are required to hold an overall inventory on each site. Generic inventory's are not acceptable, they must reflect each substance on every site.

Once it is set up, give the pin number to your sub-trades for them to complete.
When they enter the storage location, get them to enter their trade name first - this way, you can distinguish different locations and owners.
Then get them to update their sections as required.
