In the Jan/Feb edition of Safeguard we pose three questions based on stories in the magazine. One of them is this:

Brent Robinson talks about ‘organisational amnesia’ and how valuable narratives arising from an incident can be soon lost as staff leave.
Can you think of a ‘communal story’ about an incident that has been successfully handed down? What happened, and why did the story survive?
