I've just completed the Graduate Diploma of Professional practice (OH&S) via Otago Polytechnic. My research topic was "Exploring psychology principles and neuroscience which may support organisational change management strategies to implement a ‘safety differently’ approach."
As part of my assessment I created a short guideline: "Practical Methods for Implementing Safety Differently Principles in Small to Medium Sized Businesses."
I'd like to make this resource freely available. However, I first want to get feedback from my peers so that I can ensure that the resource is of the best quality I can make it. If you have an interest in safety differently, small and medium sized businesses, change management or guidance materials - I want your constructive criticism!
If you are willing and able to review this short guideline, and provide some constructive feedback, please either message me directly, or paste your details, including your email below.
Congrats on the Grad Dip Tania! I would be willing and able to review this work.
I approach H&S from an organisational change management perspective (not always successfully but more successful than a traditional approach).
Hi there yeah it would be great to have a look.. Anchorathotmaildotcodotnz

Hi Tania
Congratulations! Thank you for your post and offer. You are creating a fabulous opportunity to share information for a win/win. My email is millvistaatmacdotcom and I love to review.

Hi Tania,
I've been studying neuroscience and the link to positive psychology mindsets and new habit formations using smells which bypass the PFC, through a course at Harvard University.
I would be very interested in your analysis and possible interventions?

Hi Tania
It is great that you have had such a good response. Safety Differently certainly opens up the mind and I think is the way of the future. This will be one of the reasons Worksafe have engaged Daniel Hummerdal.
I would love to take up your offer. tonyatprelimdotnz
