Hi all, I know there is either an Act, Regulations (not GWRM regs), Guidelines or whatever out there somewhere that deals with facilities in buildings (not the Building Act) e.g. the workplace must have a place for someone to lie down if they're sick, so many toilets for male/female employees etc.
I know the GWRM regs sort of gloss over those topics however I know I've seen a specific document that drills right down to way more detail. If anyone can direct me to that I would be very grateful.
I have a document Guidelines for the Provision of Facilities and General Safety and Health in Commercial and Industrial Premises. It is dated October 1995 so may be out of date. It is a Department of Labour publication
