    Actually not a bad idea. I audited one site that did something similar.

    They had a white board that also had the contact information, hazards, risk and controls, inlcuding sign off section ect which was updated every morning at the tailgate meetings. All present took a photo on their phones to refer to. At the end of the day the photo was emailed to the company email address for record keeping purposes.

    Best one I saw was written/drawn on a shop window by a cop managing the CTV building collapse site and search/rescue after the CHC earthquakes.
