When carrying out a risk assessment it can be difficult to find reliable information. Usually academic journals (often a reliable source) are behind a paywall. One that is open source (ie, free) is Safety and Health at Work.
An article that has just been published in that journal may be of interest to members who advise on asbestos and alternatives. It is free and can be downloaded from https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2093791118300933?dgcid=raven_sd_aip_email.
Even if this topic is not of interest, visit the site and click through to the main page and have a look. If you want to be sent an email about new articles you can "subscribe" there.
