In the Jan/Feb edition of Safeguard magazine we pose three questions based on stories in the magazine. One of them is this:
Ron Gantt says the best indicator of future safety performance isn’t the number you present to leaders, it’s the conversation about the number (because any metric you present is done with the intention to drive action.) What is the best or worst conversation you’ve had after presenting such data?
Feel free to respond here on the Forum, or privately here via a Survey Monkey form.
An edited selection of responses will be published in the March/April edition, but with no names attached. One randomly selected person will receive a prize, namely a copy of Amy Edmondson's book The Fearless Organization: creating psychological safety in the workplace for learning, innovation and growth.
