  • Safety Shoes
In our case we have contracts for P24, P32 and P40 (no casual), and according to our policy we provide the PPE in general, they send us the size on the day of entry, obviously including the safety shoes, we only give two options and we have made a contract with 2 companies X who give us the best options for the type of work that our workers do, that includes orthopedic shoes with high ankle protection and also low in this case only for drivers. In case these cause discomfort during use, we have them go through the physiotherapist, and he tells us what is the best option for that case (only with his approval do we make any changes). We do not accept PPE from outside, which helps us create a standard, and our PPE meets the highest standards, including resistance to different seasons.
The workers who use these PPEs are generally everyone, including the CEO, since office staff have to know all the areas in which we work.
In case any worker leaves work in a short time, all PPE must be returned according to their contract.
